"John Robert was top notch in getting excellent rates and assisted in previous policy cancellation (it's tricky in our home state). Added bonus of attaching renters coverage which was still below previous policy's price. Highly recommend that you work with him Here's an update to my previously posted review...I just received a phone call from Jihn Robert that was a followup to see if there were any issues so far with coverages as assigned and to check if there were any questions that needed to be answered as far as the policy was concerned. Of course, there were none as I am extremely satisfied with everything as written. This followup phone call caught me by surprise as usually these do not contain good news. But the bigger surprise was that this was just a "check up" too see if I had any questions. This is personalized service that you just don't see very often if at all in today's business climate. Highly recommended and John Robert is top notch."
